2 months of a broken garage door, 2 months of a broken elevator, garbage always overflowing dumpster and the dog waste cans, minimal cleaning of hallways, stairs and entryway. Front door intercom works intermittently, broken at least 6 times in the first year the building was open. Things get "borrowed" without any repercussions. And they call it a luxury apartment. Would not recommend unless you like paying for amenities that aren't reliable.
