I've lived in a Devonshire Townhome since May 2024. I've had a great experience so far! Love how the landscaping is kept and the various paths I can take with my dog. Maintenance has been amazing the few times I've had to call. Neighbors have been friendly and respectful. I live on a first level and feel like it is well insulated from noise above and around. It is very residential, so while I do wish that I was able to walk to a coffee shop or the grocery store, the location is still very quiet without constant, busy traffic. I've had positive interactions with the leasing office when needed (for instance when I first moved in my clubhouse key fob wasn't working and they replaced it immediately without issue), but honestly haven't needed to have much interaction because everything has been running smoothly. All in all I'm happy to be able to renew my lease this year!

I live in one of the townhomes and I have an upstair neighbor that has little ones running around during the day but it does not bother me much. Overall, Devonshire is a good place to reside in. It is a quiet neighborhood and the amenities are nice.
