I'm entering my 3rd lease with Devonshire and have really liked living here! I'm in a 1-bedroom townhome, which I think is a better deal than the apartments. I've had respectful neighbors, feel safe walking around, and have always had positive interactions with the office. Would absolutely recommend! PROS: -Walking paths around the complex are nice and the grounds are well kept. -Rent is reasonable for what you get - I think it's worth it to have the attached single garage, A/C, In-Unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher! -Maintenance is responsive and usually quick on repairs if needed. I had one persistent problem with a door that they were really good about. I was glad they took it on so quickly and was even more grateful they didn't drag out the fix! Plus they're always super respectful and kind when they come in. -Quiet and safe - I've felt safe living in the townhomes, with seemingly few incidents around the area. I don't have traffic noise and neighbor noise has been minimal (I'm on a ground floor, so can sometimes hear footsteps/if something drops). CONS: -Potholes have gotten bad this year. Hoping they'll fix this summer like they did last summer. -Snow removal this past year -My cul-de-sac was basically a straight sheet of ice. I don't remember it being that bad my first year, so I'm hoping it will be addressed in the coming season. -There are some cosmetic pieces to the townhomes that aren't well finished. Listing as a con, but honestly doesn't take away from the value. For example, the seams in the baseboard/cabinet trim can be visible, dishwasher has a weird install, and my garage seal isn't tight. Nothing huge. -Not great washer/dryer units and they're quite loud, but they do the job. -Location - the only bad part of the location is that it isn't super walkable to other things compared to the city. You'd need a car or bus to get out and about for the most part. Fortunately there is a bus stop right on the edge of the property!

I35 is noisy. AC really struggles in the summer and hardly cools off apartment.

Fine. Overpriced for amount of space. They do address fixes quickly. Carpet and windows are outdated, and you lose heat in the winter.
