Living here for 5+ years and the rent keeps going up, people leave trash in the trash room. Packages were being stolen everyday at one point. I mean its a calm area in bloomigton. Buildings smell like weed most of the time.

Could need a little work but its good place

I walk everyday and there is a couple. Things that need work like the grass could be taken care of better and maybe pay attention to the dog waste being a responsible pet owener is a must. A couple street light are missing. Also please remove all the trees that are on the way of side walks some of these drop stuff on the side walk and its gross to walk on it or have your dog walk on it because of it we walk on the street instead. Thanks

HVAC just ok

Cooling my 3rd level unit is challenging on those really hot days. Wish there was something I could do about that, but I realize it comes with renting a south facing top unit. After one year of struggling with heating issues, knock on wood... my second winter with heat hopefully will be better. Again, I wish there would be something more that could be done about the second-hand smoke in the common areas and hallways.
