This is suppose to be a security building but it's not!!! No kind of security cameras inside or outside the building has light only in front of building & on Blaisdell side parking, darker than dark on Nicolett side parking, packages are left either in laundry/mail room where they get open or stolen or lelf just inside second door {which is suppose to be lock but is broken, has been for a while} and doesn't shut completly. Too many doors to walk through to not know what to expect on the other side and you can't even have cameras on your door for some sense of security?? Never live in a building where you couldn't or there was no kind of cameras...How can you call this Building secured???? Don't seem right. How can you feel safe here when nothing is secure whatsoever???!!! I personally don't have packages deliver here, it may be an inconvenience, but I pick them up from the post office or have them deliver to my mom, that sad.......

The building smell like marijuana all the time I know they passed the law and you can smoke it, but it smells like weed all the time in this building and if you could do something about that be really appreciate it

I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 3,YEARS AND HAVE NO ISSUES THE STAFF IS GREAT AND MAINTENANCE IS GREAT THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAD WAS GETTING MY PACKAGES AT MY APARTMENT DOOR ,BECAUSE PACKAGES ARE STOLEN OFTEN. THANK YOU

No major complaints besides getting towed for no reason when I had a friend parked right next to me who does not live there with us, but he did not get towed. $400 that is so much money for a little tag falling on the floor that I'm sure they had seen there..... I wish there was a way that it could be resolved!!!!!!!!
