I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 3,YEARS AND HAVE NO ISSUES THE STAFF IS GREAT AND MAINTENANCE IS GREAT THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAD WAS GETTING MY PACKAGES AT MY APARTMENT DOOR ,BECAUSE PACKAGES ARE STOLEN OFTEN. THANK YOU

Masada 2023

No major complaints besides getting towed for no reason when I had a friend parked right next to me who does not live there with us, but he did not get towed. $400 that is so much money for a little tag falling on the floor that I'm sure they had seen there..... I wish there was a way that it could be resolved!!!!!!!!

Masada

The parking area is so far from my apartment, that I have walk thru 37 doors coming from any given direction. It's a long walk when trying to carry /tra sport groceries or anything else. The younger gal is nice, but she often forgets when she made an appointment with you.
