Having lived here for almost five years, I can say that the apartments themselves are spacious and cozy. Pretty great value as well as good location close to a school and less than five minutes from a variety of food options. The property however leaves much to be desired. From the parking lot needing serious repairs and being an ice rink during winter, to the green turned black carpets inside the common areas and hallways, there's just a lot of neglect. Urgency to fix issues only ever occurs when its something the office will probably receive multiple calls about in a short amount of time such as the garage doors being stuck shut. There is trash left everywhere, gunk on the walls, leaks in the ceiling, the pin pad to get in has been broken several times, and the side doors are able to be yanked open with enough force. There is also only ramp access to certain parts of the walkways leading to entrances, and no elevators. Handicapped beware. Maintenance as people are great, very helpful, very polite, and genuinely seem to want to help. Their system is where we run into problems. You must use an online portal that gives no ETA, simply a confirmation your request has been received and you just hope youre home when they come knocking. Which can take anywhere from twenty four hours, to weeks, not counting their weekends and holidays. Overall the apartments themselves are great, but the property is just deteriorating. Maintenance is helpful if and when they show up, and things dont seem to be getting much better as the years pass.
