Applications: A $50 non refundable application fee is required to process your application. A $300 holding fee will also be held until your application is approved. Once approved, the holding fee will be applied to your security deposit. Applicants will be screened for credit, rental history, income and public criminal records. If the application is canceled within 72 hours, the holding fee will be refunded. The holding fee in non refundable after 72 hours. Should an applicant not meet the eligibility requirement, the holding fee will be refunded. Utilities: The resident is responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash (based occupancy and consumption), cable, phone and internet. The property is responsible for heat. A $4.00 utility billing fee/mo will be added automatically to your account. Renters Insurance: Residents are required to maintain liability coverage. You may purchase your own liability insurance from a third party or use our preferred partner, Resident Shield. There is a $15 monthly fee for liability insurance through Resident Shield
