The apartments are very spacious, but I didn't like the design of the living room. Because of the heaters, you can't place your TV and Sofa combo in an elegant or efficient way. Also I hate the coin laundries located at the basement. They could have just added in-unit laundries in the apartment as there are enough space. The old apartments have very old bathroom settings. The managers are very friendly and helpful. Parking is free.

I haven't been here very long so I don't have much experience with maintenance or staff. Sometimes it's hard to find parking close to the building I'm staying in and I don't like that guests have to park on the opposite side of the complex. No major complaints otherwise

As I am renewing my lease for the third time, I would like to talk about how great my experience has been in this apartment. It’s super close to EMU University, which is perfect for anyone going there. The area around here is usually very calm and quiet, which is awesome for both studying and just relaxing. Sure, it gets a bit noisy during holiday times, but it’s not too much and doesn’t really bother the peaceful vibe. The apartment itself is amazing – it’s spacious, and has everything you need to live comfortably. But the best part has to be the people working here. They are incredibly helpful and professional. They’re always there to help with anything and make sure any issues are fixed quickly and well and that is the same for the incredible maintenance staff. I am happy to be part of this community and looking forward for another year.
