The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly and the neighbors are great too. I've loved being here for a few years and I'll probably be here for a few years more.

A great place to have work life balance. My granddaughter loves to see the nature's variety. Deer, crane, hawks, ducks, and geese. Something see would not see in the larger city neighborhoods. The staff is professional and friendly. My neighbors are quiet and relatively stay to themselves. However, as with anything, you get out of it as much as you put into it. Over the years, management has held several activities to bring residents together. Contests, food activities and meet-greet socials. They listen to residents and are willing to assist.

This is my second night staying here. I love it! The staff was excellent helping me with the process of finding the right apartment. Beautiful nature views out of my window and tenants seem to be very quite and respectful. Close to about everything. Love the student discount and the affordable rent.
