Overall Good Experience at 4 Corners Lakeside

I have been living in my apartment since September 2022. Overall a very good experience. There are a few things I would change or suggest. See below. 1. Package room = out of control. There is zero organization and many boxes have been sitting for months. My old building had shelves with details for the delivery and it truly kept everything organized. (Example: this shelf is for 1st floor of 8020). Several tenants have talked about shipping to significant others or parents' homes to avoid having packages sent here. 2. I would not allow dogs over a certain weight. My old building had a 40lb weight limit and I never could hear anything. Bigger dogs tend to bark loudly and you can hear it. I unfortunately have had several complaints about a specific tenant. I would also not allow Australian Shepherds. Dog that I have an issue with. 3. More cleaning on the floors. Right now, there is really no cleaning system.
