Amazing Place and Property Mgmt Staff

The overall building is well taken care of and any requests placed to the property management company staff are handled ASAP. The amenities are great - a very nice gym too! The overall property management company is the best to work with. Both Brie and Paul and very kind and make action happen to fix issues. My apartment is across from the Taco Bell and sometimes I hear very low music from the cars at night, but it doesn't really bother me. It is easy to drown out. And while the location is not a "Royal Oak" location, it is a great place to live. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is friendly little bit noisy garbage pic up at 530 am not good if its outside your window like mine a little pricey when others have a pool and a hot tub and things to do outside here your limited to inside activities would reccomend if pricey was a little lower in this world people need a little extra all in all i give it a b+

Great place

I live in an area in Michigan where it isnt the fancy Royal Oak. I thought I wouldn’t find an upscale apartment that would have the amenities that I wanted without moving to somewhere like Royal Oak. So glad I was wrong. This apatment is beautiful and is ran by staff who care. They aren’t magicians but they work hard at guest satisfaction. They do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable and keep you happy. When living in an apartment, you have to be realistic - since it isn’t a house. There will be some nosie and some tenants who believe they are the only ones living in the building. But overall, the staff do their best to help make you happy.
