Been living here for going on a year now and have had minimal problems with the apartment. The only problems we have been having are with the dryers they do not dry properly they leave clothes soaked, which ends up making us do more than one round in the dryer. Neighbor have been super pleasant havent had any problems with noise or over stays with over parking.

Love the location! The staff is great! My upstairs neighbour sounding like theyre are going to fall thru the celing every time they walk is annoying.. and parking spots flooding out durring rainy times is frustration too..
