I have lived in my apartment for 21 years. I don't like that the management doesn't update my appliances, but they do it for people who move out. The management doesn't properly maintain the laundry area and the gym. Previous managements used to coordinate free events, parties, free lunches.

convenient place for me to live, I got a good deal on rent. Maintenance is timely, parking is always available. Neighbors are generally ok. Overall, good living experience
