convenient place for me to live, I got a good deal on rent. Maintenance is timely, parking is always available. Neighbors are generally ok. Overall, good living experience

not going towards improvements
as a resident for the past 9 years, i do see the complex lacking improvements: BBQs are falling apart, many more dog owners who don't pick up after their pet, people putting fake lawns on their deck and letting their dogs (3) defecate, we were promised gas BBQ at the pool years ago, never happened. Tree limbs are getting too close to the appartments creating a lot of shade, dropping tons of leaves in the gutters (which then turn into waterfalls during heavy rains) and also scratch the roofs. You should lodge owners with dogs in the same building as the level of disturbance due to barking or crying has increased tremendously.
