Beautiful grounds and location

Signed our second lease and we love the area, people, wildlife and scenery. The apartment is gorgeous but, not up to par with the repairs and updates, they are not in line with the rent payment. Overall, the Maintenace staff is nice but, I don't think they are equipped with enough staff of supplies to meet all the repairs at hand. West Blomfield and Commerce are great area's, and would not mind continuing to live in this area.

High volume traffic

Gate attendant allow visitors onto property without saying a word to visitors. There is loud busy traffic through day and night. In addition to high traffic there is a high volume of walkers who walk in the street. Interior is dated and windows need to be upgraded
