I haved lived at Glengarry Park Apartments for 7 years. I've raised 2 children here and, at first, it was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, over the years, there have been several owner and management changes. I watched this complex decline each time. Under the latest owner and management, the focus is on renovating. My rent has increased significantly, but I do not receive any upgrades unless I move to a renovated apartment. The rent continues to increase to where it will be higher than new residents. It is unfornate, and I wish corporate had more regards for long term residents like myself. I wish I also received upgrades since I have to pay the higher rent. More should be done to help with moving, if that is the only option. I am currently seeking new housing for the future, but feel I must remain here until next year, because I have a child graduating from the local high school. This apartment has been a convenient location for school.

Haven't been here long but so far i have really enjoyed myself. It is clean and feels welcoming. For a person being in their own for the 1st time this has been an amzing experience!
