issues being ignored

Been here for 12 years and all has been great until this year. Seems like things that need attention are being ignored. Smoking marijuana in an apartment Car sitting in carport for the last five months not a working car taking up guest parking which is very limited already. Tennant having 3 cars. one in carport not a running vehicle also and other two other cars in guest parking Other than those issues staff has always done a great job taking care of things.

Moved here in Aug. 2019 to be closer to family & friends. So far, living here has been satisfactory. Staff are friendly. Maintenance crew are knowledgable & prompt. Being retired & living on a fixed income, I wish they offer more than one year lease as I might be force to move due to cost of rent, otherwise I am content living at Ashton Pines.

The staff here at Ashton Pines are very friendly and concerning. I live in Building 1020 Apt 4 Whenever i have an issue the staff attends to it right away and gets the issue taken care of. Right now we have a car sitting in our guest parking that hasnt been moved going on 3 weeks now, Its a Grey Infiniti backed into the guest parking sitting next to carport number 1. No one has been around this car or attended to it. If you could check this out it would be appreciated Thank you Lois Bldg. 1020 Apt 4
