Great experience!

We love working with the team. The office staff is amazing and maintenance requests are quickly responded to. The amenities are also a huge plus!

Review

My first year living here was exceptional, a very positive experience. Since my second year began, there has been nothing positive about my experience. The price I’m paying for a building that is poorly kept and beginning to feel dangerous is appalling. I cannot wait to leave.

This place is the opposite of Zen

Incompetent management! Take forever to fix things, most times issues remain unresolved. Be wary of being rented a unit riddled with issues. Unfortunately, you wont know until you're in it as you can't trust anything anyone says. All in all its a lot of talk without walking the walk. I'd go else where had I known what I'm dealing with.

As Advertised

I've lived here for just under 1 year, and recently signed on for year 2. Great staff, always clean, decent vibe for the residents. Zen is advertised as luxury living and meets or exceeds my expectations. The new management has fixed any issues we had before. Primary complaint that I have is the mandatory cable/internet we are forced to pay. It is extremely irritating to be forced to pay for a convenience I never use. I have always used youtube TV, and have no need for local cable. Obviously need internet, but could easily source that for a fraction of the cost. Would greatly appreciate if that mandate changed.
