Down hill

No amenities. Garbage on the ground, no pool, no playground, no dishwashers, no laundry in apt, no a/c upstairs, old outdated apartments with tons of lipstick, hardly mow, rent goes up alot every year, loud neighbors everywhere, constant weed smell everywhere, kids run wild no supervision, can't control heat it's always hot, they don't take care of the sidewalks in the winter anymore. Ever since this new company took over this place has gone down hill. Just my little opinion.

Sandee townhomes

This has been my home for three years, and i love it! location, staff, and the space inside is amazing. no parks for kids or dogs or a pool, but it’s a nice living space
