Pets Allowed - up to 2 Pet Rent -$30/monthly per pet   Pet One Time Deposit - N/A Pet One Time Fee - $300.00 per pet non-refundable Pet Max Weight - No weight limit. Pet Restriction - Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bull Terriers, Akitas, Huskies, Boxers and any mixed breed dog with identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breeds. Any animal deemed by Management to be potentially harmful to the health or safety of others including attack or fight-trained dogs, will not be approved.
