Curb appeal at apartment building could improve

I have lived here 8 years. I like the apartment,however I think the seasoned residents should get better rates. The staff Maint. are awesome. Need better lighting in parking lot and front entrance. Need improved lawn maint. in front of buildings. Overall there have been some improvements
