Clean and spacious complex

The entire staff here has been nice and professional. My daughter and I always look forward to the summertime so that we can walk around the complex and enjoy the fresh air. She also looks forward to playing on the the playground. The neighbors are kind to us.

Great place to live

Been living in Gateway since 2015, upgrading from 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom with w/d hookup. As always the grounds are kept clean even with the kids being all over the place. We are close to restaurants, freeways and schools. They have a great program to help stay ontop of your rent regardless of how you get paid, I use it faithfully. We have small parks and a laundry facility on site. Its really nice here!

Great place to live

When i moved here in January this year everything has been wonderful. Great staff, maintenance is excellent an works fast an efficient. Its very quiet which is a plus, even the people that lives here as well is very nice. Living here has been an excellent experience

The best place to live it nice and quite. Love the people in the office they are always available when you need them. If you have any problems maintaining is there within a snap of a finger very satisfied .
