Need new manager and maintenance crew

I have been renting for almost 4 years, used to love the place. Rental fee has increased immensely while service has gone worse. Maintenance request are always neglected. Arrogant manager and crew, this place is going downhill, sad to say.

It’s okay

The walls are thin so you can hear neighbors and outside noise easily. Neighbors do not know how to park especially when they take up two spots or respect other vehicles.

For what the monthly rent that went up Really need to ckean up and update apartments. Two buldings holes in building and squirals going in and out
