Great Place to Live

I have lived here for over 3 years and love it. Management and maintenance staff are amazing, if anything needs fixed they are always here the same day, it is very quiet, parking lot is always plowed and salted when it snows, the grounds are very well kept! Hopefully planning on staying another year!

patiently waiting for repairs

I just moved in. So far it's decent. My worst concern is maintenance. A few concerns about things falling apart. The bathroom sink is not properly mounted and shifts around not to mention the sink stopper is not working so filling up the sink as I clean is not an option. The towel bar in the bathroom and the closet door in the spare room have fallen off. Those are just recent discoveries but the dime sized whole in the wall and 1 inch space under the front door that allows draft in were mentioned on day 2 of move in and brought up to maintenance twice and I am still awaiting scheduling for maintenance. Older apartments I get it but timely maintenance is a concern.
