I have lived here for 17 years on May 12025 i renewed my least for year 18. i am a 79 year old retired senior citizen that is how happy i am living h ere. the manager JAVE is professional-caring-responds to all issues without any delay she has various events for everyone-M ACK the maintenance man is very professional and makes all needed repairs rapidly our place is safe-quiet-secure you will love it here as i do they both give PRESIDENTIAL SERVICE I highly re commend you live here also

I have been here for 17 years. I'm a 79 year old retired senior citizen. I have a great view outside my window and patio door of nature. This is the safest building I've ever lived in. The management team is outstanding. Mack the maintenance man is outstanding. All repair service request promptly fixed without hesitation. If you move here you will love it as much as I do. Jave Johnson the community manager has always given me presidential service and also Mack the maintenance man. I highly recommend everyone to move here.

Amazing office manager!!!! Clean property, responsive maintenance, neighbors are respectful, laundry rooms are always clean rarely run into an occupied situation, neighbors look out for each other when packages are left outside the building,. Spacious closet space and storage which are also near by your apartment. Great centralized location.
