Tenant Review

Good price for the space, location is great to all major business and freeways. Maintenance could be a bit better, no updated appliances, or real amenities only an outside pool. 1 shared washer and dryer. Walls are not sound proof. You can hear almost everything especially if you stay on the first floor. So basically good price to save money, excellent location for metro Detroit area. You are really only paying for the room.

Honest Review

Ultimately a nice, safe, and quiet place to live. No issues with the community, clean laundry rooms. Claudia responds to request immediately. No complaints besides the new increase in rent. Disappointed that we have to wait until next fall for the updates we are paying for beginning 1/1/20.
