I've been here for only about 4 days now, but it's 1,000 times better than my old place I lived at 4 2 years and I love in unit washer ad dryer, central ac and heat and the fact there's no mold over my entire bathroom!

I have lived at the Knob Hill complex for twelve years and just signed a lease for another year. I find the location to be great, I can get pretty much anywhere around Lansing in 15-20 minutes with being near the highway. My maintenance requests have always been completed very quickly and I have never had a complaint about maintenance work. I rarely hear neighbors which may be in part due to being on the corner of a 3rd floor although I think the buildings are generally quiet. The landscaping around the complex is also quite nice with quite a few mature maples, some white pine and Norway spruce around. There hasn't been much turnover with the office staff and everybody has been very friendly and helpful over the years!
