I like the place because the location is very good. Close to meridian mall, a lot of restaurants. The apartment has a lot of space and staff are really good.

I’ve lived here for 9 years unbothered. This past year though my neighbors, a group of 4 maybe 5 sometimes, continuously floods their bathroom on the 2nd floor. I live beneath them and the TOLIET WATER literally has flooded so much from their activities, that it has worn a hole in the full bathroom ceiling, dripping from floods, and also drips through the floor in the 2nd bathroom. To matters worse they ARE NOT sending maintenance to properly fix it until post Covid19. This has happened four times. No one covered the cost of cleaning supplies nor do my trashy neighbors attempt to warn me of the habitual mistakes. Dont even help to clean up their mess. There is mold under the guest sink that they are too cheap to fix. I had to threaten escrow before they finally purchased a new sink after 8 years. I will be sending a copy of this to corporate if this message does not find its way there. The guys from maintenance are legit, their bosses and workload is not legit.

Location is very good but staff do not respond well and quick. Super slow services. Very old kitchen appliances caused too much electric bill! Service man said they should change the dish washer for you but still after 6 months its not changed!

This is the fourth year we’ve lived here, and we love it! It’s close enough to campus to reasonably commute, but far enough away from downtown to be peaceful. The staff is always wonderful and accommodating. I just wish there was more parking, and a small gym would be nice. Other than that, two thumbs up!! ???? ????
