An above average residence apartment complex with an excellent location to grocery, eatery, shopping, freeway access (3 minutes). Pool with Hot tub and dry sauna, small gym, In unit whirlpool washer/dryer. Floor plan is roomy and well thought-out. Plenty of closet space. Balcony/patio. For the money, compared to nearby choices/competition, a reasonable value. Recent (New) resident. Overview: Quite respectful neighbors Prompt maintenance Roomy floor plan Quality appliance's acceptable parking Carport could be more roomy.
