It’s alright

The apartmemt complex its fine its atartingmto get a little trashy though people are not picking up there dog poop the washers go down and nobody leaves a notice and some of the dryers dont dry clothes even on high heat setting.

Amazing place, But

I genuinely love living here, in terms of commuting to and from work, as well as how close in proximity it is to everything else around. A one and only complaint really, and thats how thin the walls are and how clearly youre able to hear the neighbors from downstairs to outside. Maybe the entry door to the building as well. Other than that, everyone seems to be friendly while keeping to themselves. Very nice place to live

Great Place to live

I love living here, it's safe, clean and Al is so quick to fix any issues and keeps the grounds safe and looking great. Only cons are: Parking is a little cramped and people are inconsiderate and park over the lines taking up more spots. I can't hear TV or music from any neighbors but the people above me stomp so loud when they walk my walls shake, but that can happen at any apartment. Overall if you are looking for a safe, well kept, quiet and bug free apartment in Monroe, I'd definitely choose Sterling Pointe.

Good space

Normally apartments have paper walls, but so far I haven't had an issue with my space. My neighbors are all good people, and even though there are a few who blast music or speak loudly, it's as though I'm hearing them through a sound proof window. Really liking it here
