We've had VERY LITTLE hot water since the start of February & it is now APRIL!! Very little response from the office and half the time they never send anyone out & our maintenance requests get marked completed (though no one stopped by or called) Joe from maintenance is a good guy, but there's not much they'll let him do to fix our maintenance issues. I like that he is honest though

Since the new management has taken over, I've noticed a better curb appeal to Sterling Pointe. And the cleanliness of the laundry room has greatly improved. I definitely love my home here at Sterling Pointe, so long as my rent does not increase.

The apartments are pretty quiet which is great. Laundry is on sight and is easy to figure out. The pool is very well maintained all summer long
