Custer Estates is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. View more

washer and dryers only available on third floor (first floor ones were removed ) upstairs tenant very loud

Its a very beautiful place to live and the space within the apartments is amazing! I do wish they would have more updated appliances throughout the apartment but anything is definitely better than nothing.

My entire five years I lived by a dog that barked nonstop. But was willing to put up with it for the beautiful view and decent price for a two bedroom apartment. The apartment I lived in was outdated and was worth the $795 that it started out as. Well, fast forward five years and it would have been over $1k, including the water and sewer that was now expected of us to pay, if I were to stay. Garbage dumpsters were always full, kids screaming with no supervision outside. As I was leaving, it seemed as if they had a good property manager in place that was resolving these issues. It was just too little too late for me, unfortunately. I would consider them again if my budget allowed and the property manager in place was good.
