Websites like this promise more than is actually offered... The pool has not been opened for over 2 years, maintenance is super slow, hopefully just due to the frequent turnover in the maintenance team. Communication from the leasing office is incredibly poor unless you go to the office yourself. This all being said, it feels like there is some mismanagement of funds if rent starts at about $900 but arguably basic things can't be maintained. There is always a parking spot for you to park in fairly close to your unit, but the lots are in significant disrepair. Landscaping is not well maintained, just enough to keep the grass mowed to avoid an ordinance citation. The area is always quiet since it is tucked away in a suburb. Location is pretty okay, being about 10 minutes from both I-275 and I-75 and a couple extra to jump right on 23.
