There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet.Ā We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

I think it is pretty good living here. I have lived here for five years. My apartment though needs work as the bathroom and kitchen need work.

I have lived here for about 5 years, I think. During this last snow storm the snow removal on sidewalks could have been better.

The people living here are very friendly and helpful. They will hold door for me when they see me struggling with groceries. Carry trash for me when they see me struggling with that chore of carrying trash to dumpster. They keep parking lot plowed pretty good.
