In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Need to work on present landscaping. Jack has made all the differences in this complex. Things are now taking care of He us very respectful and treats everyone with dignity

Getting better. Repairs were taking forever. Now i have leaky toilet, Hopefully wont take forever to fix. Do not like our dryer in building. Our building always smells in hallway. Love living here.

I love living here. Wish more work was done on the place. Hallway carpet, washer, dryer, worked better. Noise level fine, no one bothers me. Neighbors are great.

I love living here. We have had our ups and downs. Main problem is quarters do not get emptied often enough out of washer and dryer, also dryer takes to long to dry. Also hallways always stink, and never very clean. I know we have had staff issues, because of Covid. Other than that not to bad around here.
