There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet.Ā We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Management is very accommodating, and work hard to see that any thing that happens is taken care in speedy fashion, maintenance is very nice and always stops to talk if we need anything. I give this establishment 5 stars in my book.

I have lived here for about 2 years and in my experience, The previous as well as current owners don't care about the property. I live in apartment F in building 342 and am overall not satisfied with the way that things in this complex have been kept up. Managers either previous or new, have changed the only visible contact line (the number listed on google) to a little less than a 3 hour window from 10 AM to 1 PM- of which is only available 3/7 days in the week. Air conditioning doesn't always work and shouldn't be listed if it is because this building isn't insulated properly if at all. If tenants below the top floor are able to change the heat of the suite above, then the building wasn't insulated properly or at all. I'm sure I have more notes but can't think of any more other than those.
