I have been extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness and maintenance in the buildings outside of the main leasing office. While the main building is well kept, the other buildings do not receive the same level of attention or care. For example, the elevator in my building was only cleaned approximately every three weeks. I know this because a pet accident remained in the elevator for that entire time before it was finally mopped. In another instance, trash was left in the stairwell for over a month before it was removed. This lack of routine upkeep made the environment feel neglected and unsanitary. Based on my experience, I would not consider this a luxury apartment. I have previously lived in multiple Greystar properties, and one of the reasons I trusted the company was because of their consistent attention to detail and cleanliness. Those properties were always well maintained, which made this experience especially disappointing. Overall, the inconsistency in maintenance and cleanliness significantly impacted my experience living here.

I absolutely love The View on Collins! The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like home from day one. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely go above and beyond to make residents feel supported. Living here has been a wonderful experience, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to live in the area. Highly recommend!
