We are house-hunting. And we planned to only lease at 900 West for a short while. But the security, staff, and maintenance protocols are so good, we decided to take our sweet time looking. Only a couple of complaints; an extra $90 of utility responsibility was forced upon us 2 years into our occupation, and the corporation does not accept payments in any form other than electronic via the web portal, with an added fee. Everything else here is pure gold AFAWC.

I've lived in the community for 2 years now, and I cannot say enough great things about it! The staff is so friendly, and maintenance is extremely prompt and helpful. The value for the service that you get really cannot be beat!

Would like to thank all the staff at 900 West. They really go out of their way to take care of the community. The activities they have are very nice and fun. The walking tacos event was fun and delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I've lived in the community for about half a year, and this is by far the best place I have ever lived! Maintenance is incredibly fast and the staff is so helpful and kind! I haven't had a bad experience with any staff member, and any questions I have had have been answered extremely promptly. If you are moving to the area, I would highly recommend this community!
