I think the complex is a well run establishment, just has had some issues in the short span I've been here with a few break-ins to my vehicle and even a gun being fired in one of the instances. I do also wish it was more clear what we are able to digitally sign and need in person signatures for, as there were a few times where we did not know we had documents needing to be seen. But overall I think management is doing a fine job and the price point for someone who is attending college is a great plus.
