Expensive, but there is no affordable housing anymore. Maintenance is awesome, anything needs fixed it's done immediately. Parking is a struggle but that's neighbors not management.

Absolutely love it!!! Management/maintenance is fantastic and quick to resolution. It's a great location. I only gave parking a 3 because a lot of people here fill their garage with stuff then use visitors parking. Everything else is a 5+.

Staff and Maintenance people are good. The townhouse is nice, nice bedrooms, nice livingroom and porch, but kitchen is tight in the fridge/freezer and cupboard space is not enough. Upstairs bathroom is small and a bedroom window has bad insulation, leaks a lot of cold air. Parking spaces are tight and frequently need to hunt for parking.
