Great location but many old home maintenance issues

Great space and beautiful location close to coffee, restaurants, and bars. Love that they allow pets but the pet fees are quite expensive. The roads prohibit parking on certain sides during fall/winter. I went without heat for 5 days in the winter. The ceiling of the bathroom is already leaking water. The shower is very temperamental and takes a long time to stabilize - it will randomly turn ice cold or too hot. Quite a few maintenance issues for this old home.
