Good place to live, terrible attention

Excellent location. Friendly community. The maintenance is a problem living here, you need to open 3 maintenance request for the same problem, and when the apartment team finally review it, they just place a "patch" instead of a solution. It takes weeks to solve a bulb replacement. The building is old and if you live in a first floor, you are going to hear every single detail of the neighbors upstairs. Buildings need general maintenance.

Poorly maintained.

I think the apartments are in poor shape. I have mold from moisture on my windowd & patio door wall. The entry doors are not sucure and often broken.

I live here

Tis a great place to live when you want to be close to downtown, the grocery store, gas stations, and coffee shops! The noise is a lil loud courtesy of our neighboring apartment livers. The people from the apartment next to us think they can park in our spots, but thats okay since i dont mind the fresh air and a mile walk to my home when they park there. Maintenance takes awhile to get to your requests but, hey, they are very nice.

A place to Live

This complex has great amenities and is in a very convenient place to live. Its very close to 8 mile and downtown farmington. The staff have been great and my maintenance issues usually get resolved within 2 weeks, which i find satisfactory.
