Kindlund Duplexes

I like the location . I’ve met with the new manager. She’s Very professional though friendly it’s a very good combination. I met with A desk leasing agent yesterday she was very professional, but less friendly. Needless to say, I had forgot to increase my auto pay by three dollars to accommodate for the increase in the sewer bill on March 1 I got an email that I had a unpaid balance. I went right in to pay the three dollars and she charged me a $10 late fee. Obviously this was by mistake I think the late charge was overkill, but everybody has rules. She informed me they didn’t take cash or credit card so I wrote a check. She looks at the check and asked me to change the address because I’m using checks that I had with the with my old address same thing very professional just less friendly.

I have been very happy with this duplex … great people in the neighborhood, awesome location near the library and Dewitt schools and close to a scenic walking trail. Spacious carpeted and clean basement with extra room that makes for a wonderful office or playroom. Professional and courteous office staff, that responds to maintenance requests quickly. Overall a wonderful rental in a great location.
