In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

The laundry room gives me the most problem. It’s always jampacked with quarters and it’s so hard to turn on since we got the new machine. It takes all my strength in my arms to push it in and push it out. They have not fixed that problem at all it’s so hard to do. I wish they had put the cupboards facing the dining room but they did not. I remember when I worked for the company, I told them it’s not easy to get to, but they liked it because of you looks. I’m talking about the cupboards.

I like living here even though most everything in my apt is original to being built. Been here almost 15 years and only my stove (couldn’t read the dials) and bathroom sink and vanity (hole rusted through sink) have been replaced. The rehabbed apts all have air conditioning, vinyl flooring, new cabinets, countertops, appliances and my rent is not that much less than the rehabbed ones.

Franklin Apartments are located in a very quiet area. The other tenants are friendly and nice and people are pretty courteous. Also the maintenance is really good and the staff is nice. The hallways are maintained. I consider a good place to live
