This is not an building for the elderly. Too many stairs and long distances to walk.

I have lived here a number of years. I love the hardwood floors, the closet build-ins, and the architectural details in my apartment. My place really has some great details and my kitchen is outstanding. The other great thing about living here is the walkability factor. Immediately across E. Jefferson is one of the finest neighborhoods in Detroit. I love getting my walk in and grabbing a coffee nearby. On exercise days Belle Isle is only a short distance away. Great for getting on your bicycle and go!

I like the location. I think the parking is one of the worst features. I think they can improve on communication when something is wrong or when working is being done.

Its been a great experience other than parking spots that paying for are not available when get home late night which is frustrating. The gate is not secured nor are the outside doors locked for security. Beautiful scenery and great neighboors.
