I have lived here for around two years. the buildings themselves are made well. my neighbors are okay and kept to themselves. The location is great, mostly quiet. The staff has a couple bad apples that they refuse to get rid of. it seems like with these couple staff members they are more worried about what their manager Carol knows or does than their actual job. The dumpsters are constantly a mess. Scrappers come by weekly to dumpster dive. The park lots and assigned parking are not in order or good condition.
