Living here has been fine. It looks old in halls, but apartment’s are remodeled. The only huge problem is the crazy water bill shared by all residents, but is truly way off. I have 150 each month for water and heat. Strange it has not been cold. I would say 1,000 per month would be sufficient considering the large utility bill. Some of my neighbors are bit concerned of this bill.

Rent too high for old amenities and without central air. No microwave. Old building Great location, lovely neighbors.
