i have consistent ant problems. wish i chose to rent somewhere else

I just moved into my apartment, but it is about the same distance from my main area of study on campus as my dorm was last year. It is very well-priced, especially in a city where the rent is normally incredibly high. Upon move in, all the amenities included work well with no need for repair. I had a small issue requiring a team member to assist me, and I was helped in person within minutes of making the call thanks to Oxford's on-call technicians. I have a friend who has lived in the same building for a year now and they convinced me to choose this location for off-campus housing, and I am very happy with the apartment's location, cost, amenities included, and overall helpfulness of the Oxford Companies staff.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now, and i will never get over how incredible the staff are. Both office and maintenance are very kind, flexible, and understanding. I feel especially safe here, and i do have to give some of that credit to our coded apartment locks. The property managers are fantastic. It can be a little noisy, but since 904 is smack dab in the heart of campus, you really cant expect anything less. If youre looking for a new pad this year, i strongly encourage you to join our community - you wont regret it

close to everything: big house, university, downtown, great place

Really close to the university, neighbors are pleasant, all around no issues
