Heating is always an issue, either too hot or too cold. Good Location. Amenities are nice as I like the wifi and water, but a bit pricey in my opinion. I am paying it though as I deem it worth it. Last year here so I'd like to thank the landlord for giving me a 8 month contract. Nice fellow!

On my second year, I like how quiet it is, I like that I live alone. I don't like how hot it is all the time though. For the price and raising price of the unit, I don't think it is barely worth it. My room often got above 95 degrees last year even with the windows open and the same during the summer months. I thought I was to die many times through my experience there. There were nights where I slept in the library. Mornings where I crawled to the fridge to get some water because I was so weak due to the heat during the winter. Furthermore, there was a period where there wasn't any heat for two weeks in the winter. Cold enough to make 7 layers of cloth and 3 layers of clothing to keep me cold.

I live in a single studio in the basement l. Lighting is sub-par but that goes for all basements. The apartment is located near Blake Transit center. You can’t control the heating though (it’s centralized). I have water fee covered. Old but it’s kept clean.
