Enjoying the stay so far

I haven't had any issues and the leasing company has been wonderful so far. As, a last minute option I am happy to have found this place.

Freezing, poorly maintained, overpriced

As with most rentals in Ann arbor, this place is old, poorly maintained, freezing in the winter and overpriced. The maintenance staff are very nice, but are not allowed to make substantive improvements to the apartments and are seemingly only ever able to patch things up instead of replacing or fixing them.
