- Thick walls, not too much noise - I like the common area, also great for group gatherings - The price is way too high for what you get, but I'm too lazy to move. Then they increased my rent by $200 year over year. - The elevators are constantly breaking down

Elevators need to be fixed or replaced. Windows need to be replaced - very drafty and do not keep heat. Andrew is amazing, but needs more support.

This apartment has everything you need. It is located in walking distance from U of M and many local hot spots.

We have enjoyed living here, but, like any building, it comes with its quirks. The building was built cheaply, so we have had a lot of maintenance issues. The maintenance manager, Andrew, is great and definitely has a lot on his plate. A few things that would improve the building would be updated washer/dryer, updated windows, and different package delivery system.
