For this price, you can not get a better location. Located right behind south quad, with great bus routes to access the central campus. Also great amenities, everything is almost provided unlike my classmates who have a high rent and a high utility cost. Overall would rent again!

This is my first year living here. It's nice and a good price for Ann Arbor. The location is good for me. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner which is nice. My only complaint is only having one washer and dryer in each building. I was told when I rented that another one was going to be added and that hasn't happened yet.

Staff and Maintenance team are very responsive and friendly. Oxford is very good at keeping sidewalks shoveled and salted. We recently got new laundry machines that are now free of charge, amazing experience.
