Love it here because it is so quiet and such a beautiful location! However even though heat is included nearly $2000/mo is becoming unaffordable for seniors on a fixed income. Also parking is a nightmare especially going offsite in the winter during snow removal!

I am going on my 3rd year at CWA. I have been very happy with my apartment (1 bedroom). Grounds crew keep the grounds looking very nice. In the winter the road leading to the apartments and the parking areas are plowed and salted during the storm and are cleaned up after the storm. Weekly the hallways and stairs are vacuumed. The other apartment dwellers are friendly and in my building it is mostly quiet.

The establishment i believed was acceptable for what we paid (2245) a month. However, when we first arrived we noticed our fan broken. Put in a request maintenance came relatively quickly and annotated that an electrician needed to take a look. However, till now it has not been fixed. It didn’t matter much but just an issue I noticed.

Overall it has been a good experience living here. However, the amount the rent is increasing every year is ridiculous and becoming a burden. Our rent has increased by nearly $400 /month since we moved in 3 years ago, that is outrageous.

I have lived at this apartment for two years. Throughout my experience it was always a nice place to live, but has gotten extremely expensive. The parking also is not that great and led to many issues.
