great place to live
Lived in Autumn Woods since August of 2020. The units are clean, modern, quiet, and in a great location.
Price is getting unattainable
Parking is rough not enough spots for folks who live there. 4 years ago it was $1550.00 for a two bedroom and now its gone up nearly $600 in three years. The fee for utilities is a little disrespectful. $18 extra a month when the rent has skyrocketed just feels like greed. After speaking with many others people are forced to work two jobs to just be able to afford rent. Your apartments are in Maine not Boston. The apartment hasnt changed in four years and is no better but somehow its now being priced as if its brand new and in a much better location than Westbrook.
Exceeded my expectations
After completing my first year, I am still amazed at the wonderful experience of living here. I hadn't had an apartment since I was 18 years old and was skeptical in taking one after selling my house. The other residents are really nice and helpful. The staff does a terrific job of staying on top of maintenance and inspections.
Safe, well-kept property in prime location
Increases in rent annually can be tough to manage, but it's everywhere! The property is well maintained and is modern. The maintenance to the property during the seasons is on the mark and you'll be proud to live here. The surrounding homes are very nice and mostly friendly people with well-maintained homes. Many pet owners out and about which is awesome! The apartments are kept to code with regular cleanings of the equipment and safety components to assure your home is not a fire or safety hazard. Residents must have a 650 credit score and have renters insurance so it helps to have neighbors who are responsible. Trash and recyclables are collected regularly so no unsightly overflowing of garbage. Parking lots are well lit. Raised Plant boxes are available. We currently reside on the first floor and the noise from the upper units is loud and the hallway entrance is also noisy as we can hear each time the door opens. There are trails to enjoy with a river within walking distance to explore. We love nature and enjoy exploring the trails. Any issues brought to management is addressed promptly and technicians are friendly and easy to work with. Really enjoy living here and feels safe which is very important to us.
