We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile upon application approval (pet registration fees apply). We want you to feel right at home! So, we are pleased to welcome two (2) approved animals per home (cats & dogs only). A completed and active pet profile (with PetScreening) and agreement must be completed for each pet. Any applicable pet fees or deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of a pet to your home. Once you complete your pet profile, you will be notified of those pet charges--at move-in, monthly, or both as is permissible and applicable. *Pictures of your pet/animal as well as your vaccination documentation will be required. One-time pet owner fee starts at $300.00 per pet (due at move-in). And monthly pet rent starts at $50.00 per pet. Exact costs will be determined by PetScreening.com. I have lived here for 3 month. Maintenance is one of the best i have ever seen however the staff isn't that great. It's nice place to live but the price is way too much.

We moved in a few days ago and love it so far! The area is very clean and we love the grass for our dogs. Our apartment is in great shape and very clean. It's clear that the company puts in more care here.

I haven't lived here for very long, but I enjoy having a guaranteed parking spot. Super convenient to take out the trash. I do wish that recycling didn't require me to drive up to the other complex though. Other than that everything is great. Nice apartment, great location. Nice neighborhood.

When we first moved in, the quality of the apartments and property was great. Unfortunately it has slipped in the past few years. Our building is covered in mold, and the apartment itself has many maintenance problems we have pointed out to no avail. The property as well has gone downhill, the gardening and dog park are unmaintained and sometimes it takes weeks to get the lawn mowed, making walking through the neighborhood embarrassing. I find it very difficult to get ahold of anyone - having to wait through the automated message read out w-w-w-m-a-i-n-e-p...." is extremely frustrating when your trying to get ahold of someone (which you can't - you have to leave a message, which is also very frustrating)
